Child Safety Standards

Zynger – Gay Dating & Chat is an LGBTQ+ dating and chat application for consenting adults. The service is operated under the ZYNGer Connect brand by ZyngerConnect Technologies (Bengaluru, India).

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction — photo, video, or computer-generated imagery — of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Child sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation of minors.
• Grooming of minors.
• Sexual solicitation involving minors.
• Any attempt to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
• Sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM.
• Attempts to move minors to another platform for sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion of a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or sexualization of a minor, including fictional, AI-generated, or cartoon depictions of minors in a sexual context.

Zynger strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This ban covers all profiles, photos, videos, voice notes, chat messages, links, albums, and any other user-generated content.

• Remove the content.
• Suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Preserve records needed for a lawful report.
• Report suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law or when otherwise appropriate.

When we obtain actual knowledge of a violation of these standards, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Zynger is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to create or maintain accounts. Users must provide accurate age information. Date of birth is collected during onboarding and checked before dating, discovery, chat, and media features are available. Self-attested dates of birth can be false. If we learn or reasonably believe an account belongs to a person under 18, we remove that account and associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page. Users can report suspected minor accounts or other child-safety concerns using the in-app tools below.

Zynger does not claim government ID verification or continuous identity checks beyond the age confirmation and enforcement steps described here.

Zynger provides an in-app Report flow so users can send concerns without leaving the app. Use Report for:

From a profile: open the person’s profile → tap the ⋯ (More) control → Report → choose a category → optionally add details → submit.

From chat: open the conversation → open the thread menu → Report → choose a category → optionally add details → submit. If you report from chat, the report may include a short snapshot of recent messages so reviewers can assess the concern.

You can also open Report from nearby discovery sheets (Orbit / Search / Signals) via More or Quick Actions → Report.

For child-safety issues, choose the category labeled Underage / child sexual abuse. Other categories (for example Illegal activity, Harassment, or Nudity / explicit content) remain available when they better describe the issue.

After you submit a report, you may also Block the person. Blocking stops one-to-one contact. Manage blocked accounts in You → Settings → Hides & Blocks.

Zynger relies on user reports, blocking, public profile photo review, and human follow-up on safety reports. Underage / child sexual abuse reports are treated as high priority for review. Staff do not routinely browse private chats. Chat content may be reviewed when a user reports it, when needed for abuse or safety investigation, or when required for legal compliance. Zynger does not claim continuous proactive AI chat scanning or always-on human monitoring of every conversation.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or of a child using the service, we take action consistent with these standards and applicable law. That includes removing content, restricting or permanently terminating the account, and preserving necessary evidence for a lawful report. Where required by applicable law, Zynger may report suspected child sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities. Depending on the facts and jurisdiction, that may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and/or local law enforcement. People who handle these reports must not download or redistribute CSAM beyond what the reporting process requires.

Zynger will cooperate with appropriate legal authorities and make reports where required by applicable law. We respond to valid legal process and safety requests according to our Privacy Policy and these standards.

Report child-safety concerns, including CSAE/CSAM prevention and compliance questions, to support@zyngerconnect.com. Address the message to “Zynger Child Safety contact”. This mailbox is monitored by people who can speak to our enforcement process and take action. Google Play may also use this contact for Child Safety Standards follow-up.
