You must be at least 18 years old to use Zynger. The service is initially offered for users in India. You must provide an accurate date of birth. Lying about your age is a material breach. We may require additional age assurance. Zynger is a dating and chat service for consenting adults, not a service for children.

Zynger lets adults discover other adults nearby, create profiles, chat, and share media. It may be used to seek dates, friendships, relationships, or casual connections between consenting adults. Zynger is not an escort, prostitution, or compensated-sex service. Core features are free. The app may display advertisements. We do not currently sell subscriptions or in-app purchases.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or law, or that pose a safety risk.

• Create or use an account if you are under 18, or help a minor use Zynger.
• Create, upload, share, request, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sexualization of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to move a minor to another platform for sexual exploitation. This is strictly prohibited. See Child Safety Standards at https://zyngerconnect.com/child-safety-standards.
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, or deepfake sexual content of another person.
• Offer, request, or arrange sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, or financial support (including escorting and so-called sugar dating).
• Post pornography or sexually explicit nudes on your public profile or other surfaces visible to people who have not chosen to view private media.
• Harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk, or incite hatred against others, including based on caste, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Impersonate another person or create fake or misleading profiles.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the service in a way that abuses our systems.
• Upload malware or content designed to harm devices or other users.

You agree not to do any of the following. This list is not exhaustive. Community Guidelines at https://zyngerconnect.com/guidelines give additional examples.

You retain rights in content you upload, but you grant Zynger a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, moderate, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to upload it. We may remove content and restrict accounts. Public photos are reviewed. Private chat is still subject to these Terms. You must accept these Terms before creating UGC.

You can report and block other users in the app. We review reports, including underage and illegal-content reports, and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts. We may report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or the relevant Indian authority (including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and local law enforcement) as required by applicable law and our Child Safety Standards.

Our Privacy Policy at https://zyngerconnect.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data. Location, health, and chat data are sensitive. Use privacy controls and do not share information you are not willing to have a chat partner or, where needed for safety, Zynger operators see.

Zynger is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that profiles are accurate, or that other users will follow these Terms. Meet strangers in public, tell a friend, and use your judgment. We are not responsible for user conduct offline.

You may delete your account in the Zynger app (You → Settings → Delete account) or by verifying ownership of the email on your account at https://zyngerconnect.com/delete-account. We may terminate access for violations. Surviving provisions include those that by nature should survive (including acceptable use, UGC license for remaining peer-visible records, disclaimers, and governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, per those Rules.
